If you have bulky thighs, then hide them with slightly longer shorts, whereas men with lean figure can wear very short shorts. However, running shorts should never be longer than the knees. Ideally, running shorts should be bought in silk or polyester, but not in cotton. Your shorts should have a pocket to keep your cell phone and your wallet. If you are buying workout shorts, then you need to buy quality product. The workout shorts should hug the leg muscles. This will provide support to the muscles and will help in reducing the fatigue. Men cycling shorts should also be made from spandex. Spandex improves blood circulation in legs, and avoids lactic acid build up in the muscles.
The latest trend in men shorts is of loose fitted baggy shorts. However, you need to choose a pair based on the end use of the shorts.
